"One or more DNS are unreachable" warning in app

What the DNS reachability warning in Notakey Authenticator means and how to resolve it.

This warning in app means that lookup for dnsping.notakey.com timed out or returned an unexpected result. App periodically checks DNS server availability by querying provisioned DNS servers. If no DNS are available, no authentication requests can be processed.

This error typically occurs when wifi connection is present, but signal is weak or there is a lot of interference and DNS requests time out.

Please check general connectivity and your DNS server configuration.
